OSMTH RESOLUTION NR 3 OF 2019

A RESOLUTION RECOGNIZING
THE COMMANDERY OF THE PHILIPPINES
AS A PRIORY AFFILIATED WITH OSMTH THROUGH
MENTORSHIP OF THE GRAND PRIORY OF FRANCE
WHEREAS, OSMTH appoints mentor Grand Priories to assist new entities with admission to the
Order; and
WHEREAS, the Deputy Grand Commander is responsible for managing mentorships and has developed
policies and procedures to assist an entity, through its mentor, to become a Member of
OSMTH; and
WHEREAS, the OSMTH Grand Priory of France has been designated as mentor for The Philippines;
and
WHEREAS, The Philippines has been recognized as a Commandery affiliated with OSMTH
through the mentorship of Grand Priory France (Resolution 9-2015, GMC in Cologne, Germany,
October 2015); and
WHEREAS, The Philippines has a Templar structure with a sufficient number of members and is
carrying out activities that support the aims of the OSMTH; and
WHEREAS, The Philippines has agreed to adhere to the rules and rituals of GP France and to the
Statutes and Rules of OSMTH; and
WHEREAS, The Philippines has petitioned to be recognized as a Priory affiliated with OSMTH
through mentorship of the Grand Priory of France; and
WHEREAS, the Grand Priory of France supports the petition
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that
The status of the Priory of The Philippines affiliated with OSMTH through the Mentorship of
the Grand Priory of France is by this Resolution confirmed; and
The Deputy Grand Commander is hereby authorized to forward all appropriate documents
to the Grand Priory of France and the Priory of The Philippines.
