Hannes Ludwig, Grand Prior
I have seen many walks of life. After my apprenticeship as a cabinetmaker I joined the Austrian Army where I decided to start the training for reconnaissance. Afer several years, including a foreign assignment for UNDOF in Syria, I switched over to the supply lines. After ten years active service I left as a Staff Sergeant and stayed in the militia system for twenty years.
Being a wine lover I naturally ended up in the wine business by attending courses at the Austrian Wine Academy and finally starting my own business.
Also being interested in old historical places, I´m enjoying my job as facility manager of a palace in the city center of Vienna.
